My client and award-winning boutique law firm are rapidly growing. They are looking for ambitious professional conveyancers to join their fast paced and supportive team.
They are looking for Conveyancing Solicitors and Conveyancing Solicitors with Bridging Finance experience.
The role of the Conveyancing Solicitor/Conveyancer will involve:
* Being responsible for managing conveyancing transactions
* Advising clients on legal matters
* Preparing legal documents
* Ensuring compliance with legal regulations
* Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents and other parties involved in the property transaction process
* Handling bridging finance cases
The ideal Conveyancing Solicitor will need to be/have:
* Proficiency and experience in Conveyancing
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent qualification
* Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Prior experience in bridging finance is highly advantageous
