Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Operations Administrator to join our small, dedicated team at our Livingston production facility.

The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and customer service skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales and procurement functions and involves providing exceptional support to both internal staff and clients in the UK and overseas..

Key Responsibilities:

* Processing customer orders.

* Raising purchase orders to suppliers.

* Handling incoming calls and emails from clients and partners.

* Liaising with suppliers, logistics, and couriers to ensure smooth delivery.

* Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.

* Preparing simple reports and spreadsheets for management.

* General office administration tasks.

* Supporting colleagues across operations, finance, and sales.

Development Opportunities:

* Training provided on internal systems and AV/technology industry basics.
