Overview
Plant Coordinator (Service & Maintenance) role at Mott MacDonald Bentley. Hybrid (3 days in the Skipton office). The Plant Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of plant and fleet assets, ensuring all equipment and vehicles are serviced, maintained, inspected, and tested in line with company standards and regulatory requirements. This role supports the safe and efficient use of plant and fleet resources across the business.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the lifecycle of plant and fleet assets from acquisition to disposal.
* Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to manage repairs and maintenance whilst maintaining accurate records.
* Maintain adherence to JNB minimum plant standards and legal regulations.
* Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions where required
* Build and maintain relationships with service providers to ensure planned servicing, unplanned maintenance, testing and inspections are carried out to a high standard.
* Monitor usage, fuel, damage, loss and overall spend across the fleet.
* Use data to identify efficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement
