JOB DESCRIPTION
Role and Responsibilities
* Use specialised polishing and grinding equipment to carry out refurbishment of watch cases and bracelets, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and quality standards.
* Operate and maintain equipment according to company and health and safety (HS) requirements.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all to company and health and safety (HS) requirements.
* Meet individual performance targets and department service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring productivity and efficiency.
* Maintain clear, professional communication with colleagues, supervisors, and managers to ensure smooth workflow and prompt resolution of any issues.
* Continuously develop skills and knowledge related to product releases or developments.
* Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, techniques, and best practices, fostering a cooperative and supportive working environment.
* Support other areas of the workshop as required, including some product cleaning duties relating to the polishing processes.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Desirable Skills and Experience
* An interest in horology/watchmaking with long-term ambitions to develop a career.
* Experience in a customer centric environment.
* Worked in a production environment.
Desirable Qualifications
* Formal polishing qualification (i.e. WOSTEP).
* Other watch or jewellery polishing courses.
* Minimum of 5 GCSE A-C including English and Maths
