Role: Dual Registered Manager (overseeing 2 children's homes in Walsall and Cannock)
Area: Walsall and Cannock
Salary (OTE): £45,000 £60,000 (depending on experience)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous OFSTED inspection experience ESSENTIAL
* Strong background in managing residential childrens homes
* Experience supporting children with emotional and behavioral difficulties (EBD)
* Experience in leading a staff team
* Experience of recruitment, selection and retainment
* Level 5 in management

* Managing 2 homes with maximum 2 YP per home.
* Autonomous role with great admin support that assist with audits, compliance, recruiting etc.
