Senior Graphic Designer
Location: Nottingham (Office Based)
Reports into: Trading Director
Salary: up to £35k per annum (DOE)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual development of our brand across digital, print, and multimedia platforms. The ideal candidate is a conceptual thinker with a strong design aesthetic, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for creating impactful visual content that communicates our message effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and execute design projects from concept to delivery across various platforms (web, print, social media, advertising, packaging, etc.)
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, trade, and development to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment
* Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support
* Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all channels
* Translate marketing strategies into compelling visual campaigns and storytelling
* Present ideas and creative concepts to internal stakeholders and leadership
* Stay current with design trends, techniques, and best practices
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field
* 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or in-house creative team
* Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.
* Proficiency in Figma
* Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
* Strong understanding of branding, color theory, and composition
* Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team environment
* Excellent time management and communication skills
Advantageous if you have:
* Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or animation
* Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
* Familiarity with print production and packaging design
