My client has over 40 years of experience within the Electronics manufacturing sector and provides its customers with on-time delivery of printed circuit boards, PCBAs, box builds, and final assemblies. As the Associate Account Manager, you will be required to grow revenues and margins for each of your accounts, ensuring the business exceeds customer expectations and responds to all client requests. Additionally, develop and maintain working relationships with key customer contacts, co-ordinate the order planning with each customer, co-ordinate the Requests for Quotation process, work cohesively with buyers, production team and quality to ensure timely ordering of parts and components, identify issues and problems, request and collate data for customer forecasts, interpret and report on customer feedback, and gain a good understanding of each customers products and industry sector.
