Job Description
Customer Support – Everyday Banking
Working Details
* Location: Belfast, The Paper Exchange
* Pattern: Full–time, 5‑day week (8am‑10am start, 4pm‑6pm end)
* Weekend work limited to 37.5% (up to three weekend days per month)
Compensation
* Base salary: £26,200, increasing to £26,950 after six months.
* Potential earnings: up to £31,450 at highest skill level.

Training & Development

Responsibilities
* Support customers with everyday banking, guiding them through the banking app.
* Answer day‑to‑day questions and resolve more complex needs via inbound calls.
* Listen carefully and respond clearly to each customer.
* Work within a supportive team; share success and learn from colleagues.
* Adopt modern tools and follow clear guidance to build confidence.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Strong customer service and telephony skills.
* Experience within banking, insurance, or broader financial services is desirable but not essential.
* Willingness to learn and willingness to support customers.
* No planned holidays or commitments during first two months following start date.
* Comfortable with shift pattern and weekend rotation.
* Genuine passion for helping people and delivering great service.
* Openness to learning new skills and growing within a structured development framework.
