Our team plays a key role in managing and overseeing the billing and collection of care contributions for adults in receipt of social care services. As a Care Contributions Team Support Officer, you will be right at the centre of ensuring timely payments, helping with the support of financial processes, liaising with families and legal teams and with various internal departments. Sensitivity and professionalism will be important in your approach to people's sometimes very difficult situations. You will be responsible for managing direct debit payments, processing refunds and write-offs and liaising with service users and their families. You will also contribute to the ongoing development of processes, undertake data analysis and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
