You will support store management in creating a creative and developmental environment, with opportunities for training in optical products and career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Experience: Act as a brand ambassador, provide personalized service, and enhance customer loyalty.
2. Selling: Use the Optometrist’s recommendations to offer tailored product solutions and meet sales targets.
3. Operations: Manage till operations, process payments, handle inventory, and maintain store standards.
4. Optics: Assist with eyewear supply, verification, adjustments, and use digital tools like Smart Mirror 4 for customer assistance.
