We are recruiting a Multi‑Trade Plumber to work with a large social housing provider, carrying out reactive maintenance in occupied properties across Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. This is a full‑time temporary position with the potential to be permanent for the right person.
Your new role
1. Carrying out multi‑trade tasks where required (basic joinery, tiling, patch plastering, etc.)
2. Providing excellent customer service while working in tenants’ homes
3. Ensuring all work ispleted safely and to a high standard
4. Managing workload effectively to meet response times
What you'll need to succeed
5. Proven experience as a multi‑trade plumber
6. NVQ or City & Guilds qualification desirable
7. Strong background in reactive maintenance
8. Ability to work professionally in occupied properties
9. Own van preferred, although apany van may be available
10. Full UK driving licence
What you'll get in return

12. 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
