As a Business Analyst within their Technology & Transformation division, you will play a key role in shaping complex programmes that deliver measurable impact. You will work closely with stakeholders, clients, and multidisciplinary teams to capture requirements, analyse business processes, and translate needs into actionable solutions that enable operational excellence.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
* Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to capture, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring alignment with programme objectives.
* Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, workflows, systems, and data to identify opportunities for optimisation.
* Facilitate workshops, interviews, and user story sessions to understand and refine requirements.
* Translate business requirements into functional specifications, use cases, and user stories for development teams.
* Perform data analysis using tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or QlikSense to support decision-making and improve operational performance.
* Define and implement product-centric operating models, supporting efficient delivery of business solutions.
* Manage product ownership practices, ensuring deliverables meet customer needs and programme goals.
* Conduct impact assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate proposed solutions and identify risks and dependencies.
* Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables, supporting testing and quality assurance.
* Provide guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, applying industry best practices.
* Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and methodologies relevant to business analysis and transformation.
Key Requirements / Experience:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a track record of delivering business requirements in complex projects.
* Experience working on transformation or large-scale delivery programmes.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements.
* Proficiency in business analysis techniques, including process modelling, lean practices, use case development, and requirements elicitation.
* Experience with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS) and associated tools.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain technical or complex concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
* Knowledge of data analytics and visualisation tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or QlikSense.
* Experience in the Public Sector or regulated environments is desirable.
* Ability to manage scope, influence stakeholders, and maintain strong relationships across multiple levels of an organisation.
