Are you passionate about guest service and someone who strives to always go that extra mile? We are looking for a star-player to come and lead our Front Desk team – those who meet and greet our guests and are often central to the ‘memory-making’ elements of their stay with us.
We need you to be motivated – and motivating; to support and encourage your team to anticipate guest needs (often before they know they need something) and then consistently deliver.

Job Summary
Responsible for Front Desk daily operations and supervision of the Front Desk team. Position directs and works with associates to carry out guest arrival and departure procedures, ensuring consistent delivery of the highest standards of service, striving to ensure guest and associate satisfaction whilst maximizing the financial performance of the department.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver exceptional guest service and manage complaints effectively.
2. Maximize room revenue through upselling and strategic initiatives.
3. Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards and audit targets.
4. Lead and develop the Front Office team through regular reviews and training.
5. Oversee daily operations including rotas, reporting, and guest facility bookings.
6. Support safety, compliance, and cross-department communication.
7. Utilize hotel systems (Opera, GXP, Marsha) to track performance and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
8. Diploma or equivalent.
9. 3+ years in a hotel front office leadership role.
10. Proficient in Marriott systems.
11. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
12. Organised, proactive, and professional.
