Are you friendly, organised and looking to build a career in estate agency? Parkes & Pearn is seeking a Full-Time Front of House / Admin Assistant (Sales & Lettings) to join our Liskeard team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, helping ensure our sales & lettings operations run smoothly and delivering excellent service every time.

The Role

As Front of House / Admin Assistant, your core responsibilities will include:

* Greeting clients in person / via phone / email with a warm, professional manner
* Supporting sales & lettings teams with administrative tasks: preparing and processing listing paperwork, arranging viewings, uploading properties to portals, liaising with landlords / vendors / tenants
* Managing office diary / appointments, coordinating showings, managing enquiries
* Preparing marketing materials (property brochures, photography liaison, property details)
* Maintaining accurate records and files, data entry into CRM / property management software
* Handling incoming post, telephone / email correspondence, ensuring follow-ups are done in a timely manner
* Assisting with tenancy renewals, referencing, contracts, deposit handling
* General office duties to ensure smooth running (stock / supplies, reception / front desk, welcoming visitors)

What We're Looking For

* To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Previous experience in estate agency, lettings / sales, or similar admin / customer service environment is desirable but not essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – polite, confident and professional
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritise effectively
* Good IT skills: MS Office, possibly property software; ability to learn new systems
* Attention to detail, accuracy with paperwork / data
* A proactive, can-do attitude; ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* A robust sense of confidentiality and awareness of regulatory / compliance requirements in sales & lettings
