A well-established global logistics partner is seeking a proactive and organised Logistics Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day logistics and transport operations. This role is ideal for someone with experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain environments who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods across domestic and international supply chains
* Liaise with customers, suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
* Manage bookings, shipments, and associated documentation in line with company and compliance standards
* Track deliveries and proactively resolve operational issues or delays
* Maintain accurate records using logistics and transport management systems
* Support continuous improvement across logistics and operational processes
* Deliver consistently high levels of customer service
* General Warehouse Duties
Skills & Experience
* IAE (International Aero Engines certification) & (ODA) Organization Designation Authorization essential
* Experience within inbound and outbound of Aircraft parts.
* Previous experience within logistics, transport, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Confident communicator, able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* Comfortable working with systems, data, and operational documentation
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a pressurised environment
* Proactive, solution-focused approach
Mon-Fri 09:00 – 17:30 (every other Weekend on call, call out fee supplied)
£30,000 - £34,000 DOE +ODA allowance £600 P/A
