We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Resourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team in identifying, attracting, and identifying high-quality candidates across the UK for our growing Accountancy and Advisory Services business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, candidate engagement, and building talent pipelines
As a Resourcer you will:
* Write and post job advertisements across relevant platforms
* Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases
* Screen CVs and applications against role requirements
* Conduct initial candidate screening calls
* Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies
* Manage candidate records accurately within the ATS system
* Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers with interview preparation
* Support the recruitment process end-to-end, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and HR processes
* Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience
The Ideal Resourcer:
* Previous experience of recruitment within the Accounting & Advisory Services sector
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident using LinkedIn and online sourcing tools
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
* Proactive, resilient, and results-driven mindset
* Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Understanding of accountancy qualifications and career pathways
* Familiarity of using ATS tools
