Our retail client are looking for a PR and Communications assistant to support with daily tasks during the show period.
Responsibilities
* Support PR Assistants with sample trafficking and showroom pulls
* Manage fly-in lists for hotel and car logistics documents
* Coordinate and deliver in-room gifting as required
* Liaise with PR local teams and hotels to ensure smooth guest stays
* Liaise with PR local teams and car companies to ensure smooth guest transport
* Maintain a professional and brand-appropriate approach at all times
* Provide general support to the PR department with daily tasks
Personal Profile
* Background in Marketing or Communications
* Previous experience in events or shows essential
* Experience with car logistics desirable
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Clear communicator with a proactive approach
* Confident with Excel
