Service Care Legal are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3–8 years PQE seeking a fresh challenge within a highly respected Legal 500 firm in South East London. The Role You will manage your own caseload and contribute to high-value transactions, advising a wide range of clients on: Landlord and tenant matters Commercial leases and lease renewals Sales, purchases and refinancing of commercial property Development and investment matters Supporting the wider corporate and employment teams on cross-departmental matters You will be involved in both standalone advisory work and collaborative, multi-disciplinary projects, giving you exposure to a variety of legal challenges and opportunities.
