Primarily, this role is based in the Castle and from time to time at various locations throughout the estate. You will play a significant role in delivering the DLC culture. Each day is varied, with the opportunity to develop your experience within a wide range of facilities while ensuring memorable experiences for our members and their guests.

As part of a close-knit team, you will collaborate with colleagues throughout the club to create memorable moments for our members and guests. Our food and beverage team provide hospitality whether visitors are enjoying lunch, drinks, overnight stays in grand suites, or special events.
The stunning castle offers unforgettable dining experiences in settings like the Tavern bar, historic dining halls, champagne bar, caviar bar, whisky bar, and the Drawing room, each with distinct characteristics and exceptional service.
You will ensure all linen, cutlery, crockery, and glasses are clean and ready, drinks and ice are stocked, and you have good knowledge of the menu. Your duties include offering drinks and snacks, serving lunch, afternoon tea, cocktails, whisky, dinner, and nightcaps, always providing excellent service.

Previous experience in the luxury sector is a bonus but not essential. Experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel or resort, catering to high-end private events, or fine dining restaurants will be considered. Working across various locations, a valid driving license is advantageous.
To succeed, you should have attention to detail, a warm and casual style, and a genuine interest in people. Building relationships and welcoming guests repeatedly will be key. A cheerful outlook, pride in your work, teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential.
We are pioneers and free spirits; previous luxury experience is not required. As the club grows, so will your skills and responsibilities.
