* Supporting Secondary teaching and learning across KS3-KS4.
* Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions.
* Supporting pupils in SEND need as a Psychology Graduate; including Autism and ADHD.
* Assisting with classroom management and engagement.
Psychology Graduate | What the school is looking for:
* The successful Primary Teaching Assistant will be a Psychology Graduate who holds a 2:1 or 1st Class Degree from a UK University.
* Previous child-centred experience with SEND needs in a tutoring, mentoring or perhaps youth work settings is high valued.
* A Psychology Graduate who shows a willingness to learn and grow in their role.
