Customer Service Advisor – Bellshill, Glasgow
Steer Automotive Group is looking for a friendly and organised Customer Service Advisor to join our busy Bellshill repair centre. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping deliver an excellent experience from booking through to vehicle collection.
Key Responsibilities:
14. Welcome customers in person and over the phone
15. Manage bookings, vehicle handovers, and customer updates
16. Liaise with technicians, insurers, and suppliers
17. Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
18. Maintain accurate records and systems
What We’re Looking For:
19. Experience in customer service or administration
20. Strong communication and organisational skills
21. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
22. Good IT skills and attention to detail
23. Automotive experience helpful but not essential
