Are you driven by a desire to help organisations achieve value for money through better procurement and strategic sourcing? Our Sourcing, IT Strategy & Corporate Services capability seeks a Sourcing and Procurement Consultant. You will have the opportunity to:
* Work on significant and complex sourcing challenges in the UK and internationally.
* Provide strategic advice on transforming sourcing teams, delivering large procurements, and leveraging technology for sourcing processes.
* Support clients in achieving their business outcomes through technical expertise and innovative sourcing approaches.
Minimum requirements include:
* Experience in strategic sourcing and/or procurement.
* For Principal Consultant roles, prior consulting experience is essential.
* Proven ability to lead and support change initiatives in stakeholder environments.
* Strong delivery experience in procurement and strategic sourcing projects.
* Expertise in navigating procurement processes within the Defence sector.
* Experience managing supplier relationships and service delivery arrangements.
* Creative and commercial problem-solving skills.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Qualifications such as CIPS, MCIPS, IACCM are preferable.
