Skills Proven supervising experience within a professional kitchen environment. Extensive food production and culinary expertise, including food preparation and cooking techniques. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene regulations. Previous restaurant experience demonstrating competence in high-pressure settings. Good understanding of hospitality operations, including serving procedures.
