This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS and Adult Barred List Check. The ideal candidate will have: A comprehensive understanding of housing and support functions, including customer outcomes, community safety, and property management Experience of building great relationships Experience in coaching and developing colleagues Experience leading a team and managing performance A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
