About BEAR Scotland: BEAR Scotland is a leading road maintenance and management service provider in Scotland, maintaining and improving Scottish trunk roads including bridges and structures through some of the most scenic, but challenging, parts of the country. We’re now looking to bring in a motivated IT Support Apprentice to join our team and build a career in IT support while gaining a nationally recognised qualification. Responsibilities: Setting up and maintaining user accounts and access permissions Installing, configuring, and updating hardware & software Troubleshooting user issues supporting laptops, printers, and mobile devices Learning the basics of networking and IT security Helping roll out new IT systems and updates across the company Providing excellent customer service to colleagues at all levels Documenting solutions and maintaining IT records You don’t need previous IT work experience – we’ll provide the full training. We’re more interested in your attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.
