As an Internal Customer Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in delivering accurate quotations, processing customer orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from enquiry to delivery. Key Responsibilities Respond to world-wide customer enquiries via email and telephone with efficiency and professionalism Prepare and issue prices and quotations using standard pricing tools Working on Salesforce CRM system, plus Windows based software – Outlook.
