About The Role
The purpose of this role is to support the COO in delivering the operational strategy for the People Solutions team. You will support in maximizing efficiency of current systems and infrastructure.
This role significantly contributes to Lockton's People Solutions growth by investigating quality issues and supporting improvements. It requires ongoing evaluation of systems, data, and processes to identify growth opportunities.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
* Maximize efficiency of current systems & infrastructure
* Investigate quality problems and recommend improvements
* Facilitate the implementation of new or improved processes
* Evaluate systems, analyze data, and identify best practices
* Establish optimal internal tech solutions with stakeholder support
* Ensure activities comply with regulatory and internal standards
* Monitor cash collection and bad debt
* Forecast, budget, and track revenue & expenses
* Maintain Divisional Risk Register and identify emerging risks
* Monitor KPI goals and ensure remedial actions if needed
* Prepare materials for governance meetings
* Identify and develop areas for efficiency, cost savings, and revenue growth
