NQ Litigation Solicitor

We're delighted to be working with a long-established, reputable law firm in Worcester known for its close-knit team, excellent client service, and supportive, down-to-earth culture. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor looking to build a strong foundation in litigation within a friendly, collaborative environment.
The Role:
The firm is seeking a confident and enthusiastic NQ Solicitor to join their busy litigation team. This is a broad and varied role, offering exposure to a diverse caseload across:
· Commercial litigation
· Civil litigation
· Contentious probate
You'll have the chance to work closely with experienced senior solicitors and partners, gaining hands-on experience with real responsibility from the outset.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handling a mixed litigation caseload with supervision and support
· Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings
· Attending court hearings, mediations, and client meetings
· Managing client relationships and maintaining excellent client care
· Conducting legal research and preparing case strategies
The Ideal Candidate:
· Recently qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales
· Completed at least one litigation seat during training
· Strong communication and client care skills
· Genuine interest in developing a career in litigation
· Enthusiastic, team-focused, and eager to learn
