We’re looking for a Communications Officer to join a busy, collaborative team within a UK-wide membership organisation.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and an interest in communications, publishing and content delivery.
Working as part of a wider communications function, you’ll support the planning, production and distribution of a wide range of publications and communications materials. You’ll play a key coordinating role, helping to keep projects on track from initial planning through to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating communications and publications workflows
* Maintaining production schedules, databases and project files
* Proofreading and updating materials to ensure quality and consistency
* Supporting campaigns, events and marketing materials
* Liaising with designers, printers, freelancers and internal teams
* Managing publication stock, mailings and image libraries
* Processing purchase orders and invoices
Candidate Requirements:
You’ll be organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple tasks. You’ll have excellent written skills, strong attention to detail, and confidence working collaboratively across teams and with external suppliers.
This is a part time (17.5 hours per week) temporary role until the end of May 2026 based at our client's office in London (W1G) with the provision for hybrid working.
The pay rate is £21.36 per hour.
Please note flexible working is required to meet role demands as well as occasional UK travel, overnight stays and extended days may be necessary.
