Our client, a leading provider in technical services and engineering solutions, is looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to play a key role in planning, allocating, and managing field engineer activities. What You'll Be Doing
Scheduling Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits across multiple regions.
Coordinating Reactive Callouts, follow-up revisits, and Remedial Works.
Acting as the first point of contact for customer calls, queries, and support needs.
Working closely with customers and engineers to maximise productivity and utilisation.
Ensuring all visits are booked in line with internal processes and customer KPIs.
Managing and scheduling sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with service standards.
Tracking job completion, worksheets, and engineer reports, ensuring accurate data is supplied to internal departments.
Supporting the maintenance and accuracy of the service management system.
What We're Looking For
Experience in scheduling, service coordination, engineering support or similar.
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Excellent communication - confident speaking with customers, engineers, and subcontractors.
Ability to work to SLA/KPI-driven environments.
Strong IT skills and experience using service management or scheduling software (CAFM/FSM ideal).
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
