Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our store staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Friendly and Thoughtful Service: Respond to customer queries, champion Co-op products and Membership, and deliver a great shopping experience.
* Work Together: Support colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
* Store Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe and legal environment by keeping shelves stocked and checking prices, dates, and temperatures.
* New Product Introduction: Help introduce new products and services, making changes feel natural and sharing experiences with colleagues.
* Community Involvement: Get involved in activities and events that support our local community.
