This is a high-impact, senior-facing role focused on partnering with key stakeholders, improving processes and data, managing a small commercial team, and driving business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop reporting structures that meet stakeholder needs, from area managers to the Executive team, driving cost focus and KPIs.
* Deliver timely and accurate area-level financial reporting.
* Provide insightful variance and cost analysis, with clear recommendations.
* Identify and track performance improvement opportunities.
* Collaborate with the Finance Systems Manager to enhance reporting tools and efficiency.
* Prepare reports and budgets for review, including scenario analysis.
* Support forecasting and planning with the FP&A team.
* Promote financial understanding among non-finance colleagues.
Skills & Experience:
* Qualified accountant
* Proven business partnering experience
* Strong communicator with financial and non-financial teams
* Skilled in financial reporting and analysis
* Proactive, deadline-driven, and continuous improvement-focused
* Team management experience
Package:
* Up to £75,000 + bonus
* Hybrid working
