Nursery Office Administrator Required ... you will be part of a welcoming, organised team and employed to support the smooth running of the nursery by completing a variety of admin tasks.
HOURS: Part-time. Approximately 3 days per week. This post would suit someone up to three days per week. However, we are flexible and would consider other options.
PAY: Hourly rate will be based on age and experience.
START DATE: November 2025
At our lovely, homely nursery, we are looking for someone who:
* has strong computer skills, they will be using a number of different systems, including Word, Excel, Google Mail, OneDrive and Dropbox.
* is very conscientious
* has a high regard for confidentiality. This role involves receiving and organising sensitive information and inputting and manipulating large amounts of data. The successful candidate will understand the importance of confidentiality and what this means when handling information.
* has strong communication skills both written and verbal
* is hardworking, self-motivated, honest and organised
* has a positive 'can do' attitude
An enhanced DBS and references will be sought for the successful candidate. A full Induction will be provided as well as opportunities for training.
