After School Care Support Staff

Schedule: 1 evening a week, Thursdays 3:15pm – 6:00pm (School term time only)
Grade: Grade 6 (£13.46 - £13.68 p/h)
Closing Date: Wednesday 13th May at 12noon
Interview Date: Wednesday 21st May
The Headteacher and Governing Body of Congerstone Primary School are seeking to appoint a fun, pro‑active, creative, and welcoming person to help out at our thriving after‑school club. After School Staff are required to help provide high‑quality activities for pupils after school, ensuring that children are engaged in appropriate activities, managing behaviour and maintaining a safe environment. The applicant must be confident and willing to get involved in the children’s play.

* Have excellent communication abilities.
* Have the ability to work using their own initiative.
* Be hardworking with good organisational skills.
* Be flexible and positive with a good sense of humour.
* Have the highest expectations for all our children and their futures.
Experience of working with children or a desire to do so in the future is essential.
