Job Description:
An exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, growing in-house IT business that’s part of a billion-pound construction group. This role offers a genuine chance to grow your career through hands-on work with cutting-edge technologies, backed by strong support for learning, development, and professional accreditations.
As part of our continued expansion, we’re looking for a Mid/Senior .NET Developer with experience in plugin development for Autodesk Revit and/or AutoCAD. This role is based between our Kings Cross and Borehamwood offices, with the flexibility to work across both.
Our vision is to create innovative digital tools that transform how the construction industry works—saving time, improving resource efficiency, and ultimately prioritising the well-being of our teams on site and off.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a fast-growing, down-to-earth, and highly innovative IT team. You’ll contribute directly to digital solutions that are shaping the future of construction.
What we'd like from you:
* Proven experience developing custom plugins or automation tools for Revit (Revit API) and/or AutoCAD (.NET API / ObjectARX)
* Ability to design, build, and maintain code for modelling tools, automation scripts, or BIM data processes
* Actively participate in system architecture and technical design discussions
* Passion for clean, testable code and software best practices (code reviews, testing, documentation)
* Stay up to date with emerging technologies in the BIM and AEC software space
* 3+ years of professional .NET development experience
* Familiarity with BIM workflows, Dynamo, or Forge API
* Experience with Agile and Kanban methodologies
* Comfort working with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
* Experience working in an architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) environment
* Good understanding of databases and SQL
* Excellent communication skills in English
* A strong team player who’s proactive in tackling challenges and communicating clearly
What we offer:
You’ll join a highly approachable and enthusiastic team of IT experts, with access to a wide range of benefits (private healthcare, gym membership, cycle to work scheme, and more). We’re building a dedicated tech office in the heart of Kings Cross, and looking to bring in some of the best in their field.
We also believe in continuous learning—so we actively encourage and support our team in pursuing new courses, technologies, and certifications.
Please note: Sponsorship is not offered for this role.
