Van Drivers required for our busy Ilton based company with immediate starts. Ongoing work until January as a minimum.
Location: Ilton, Somerset.
Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour.
Enhanced rates after 45hrs and 6th shift
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (30-minute unpaid lunch).
The Best Connection are currently seeking a reliable and professional Van Drivers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods, materials, safely and efficiently to designated locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Load and unload cargo securely and carefully
Plan and follow efficient delivery routes
Maintain the cleanliness and road worthiness of the van
Complete all required delivery and vehicle paperwork accurately
Adhere to traffic laws and all safety regulations
Provide excellent customer service during deliveriesRequirements:
Full UK driving licence
Previous experience in a similar delivery or driving role
Good knowledge of local routes and road safety
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
