Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team, based at their modern office near Weymouth. This is a key role supporting the finance function and ensuring the smooth running of daily accounting operations. You will assist with purchase and sales ledger, bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and general financial administration while working closely with the Finance Manager and wider business. This role would suit someone with previous accounts or finance administration experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and well-established company.

*Processing purchase and sales ledger invoices
*Bank and statement reconciliations

The Candidate:
*Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, or similar role
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
*Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
*A commutable distance to Weymouth
