Subsea7 is looking for a SAP S4 AM Data Administrator to join our team at Westhill, Aberdeen for a 6-month contract.
Subsea7 are embarking on a SAP S4 Transformation programme which involves replacing the current ECC solution with SAP S4 Hana together with the associated business process changes across Finance, SCM and Asset Management.
The strategic aim is to deliver a globally standard set of processes and associated data through the modern S4 application leading to improved efficiency and operation of the business and providing valuable business insights from increased visualisation, analytics and automation.
Subsea7 have engaged a Service Integrator (SI) to work with our IT and Business teams to design, build, test and deploy this business transformation programme.
The SAP S4 AM Data Administrator role will work with the Global Process Owner & Deputy Global Process Owner to support the preparation of business data in S4 Hana and the new Mobile Equipment management solution ETM.Next
What will you be doing?
* Carry out Asset Management business functions with data preparation for migration
* Support Asset Management administration with booking transfer to ETM.Next
* Populate and refine internal mobile equipment catalogues
* Any other administrative activities in support of S4 Hana & ETM.Next readiness
What experience would we like you to have?
* Previous experience in a Coordination/Support role
* Proficiency in the MS Office suite, particularly Excel, and Power Point
* Working knowledge of MS Teams, SharePoint and Outlook
* A self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and takes pride in delivering a quality service
* Good communication skills and an ability to build, maintain and develop relationships to foster team collaboration
