We are searching for an expert finance change professional to enable the implementation and delivery of outstanding driver-based planning models using Anaplan.
This exciting and high-profile role will be responsible for converting our VMO2 strategic goals into actionable plans & outputs alongside Finance Subject Matter Experts. This will be delivered by leading a cross-functional squad of technical model building resource, whilst also focusing on change management and adoption across the wider Finance team. This presents a phenomenal opportunity to build relationships with senior leaders and other stakeholders across Finance, and the wider business, whilst also driving Finance Transformation at pace.
This role ensures that the programme delivers robust planning assumptions, in line with our strategic goals, to produce accurate rolling monthly P&L forecasting. The role will also support on driving forward data pre-requisites to make the tooling a success., including reporting, analysis and automation of reporting.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you have the following experience;
1. Accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
2. Change professional with a good understanding of key finance processes, accounting standards & data platforms
3. Strong communication, influencing & negotiation skills across various levels
The other stuff we are looking for
We'd also love you to bring;
4. Strong project management experience
5. Finance transformation experience (incl implementation of new processes, WoW, systems and tools)
6. Proven abilities in implementing Anaplan (desirable) or similar forecasting tool
7. Experience with agile ways of working with cross-functional squads
