We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team on a 12-15 month assignment. This role requires a strong, resilient professional with exceptional influencing skills and the ability to stand their ground while partnering with senior stakeholders.
Your new role
* Lead on complex Employee Relations (ER) cases with confidence and authority.
* Manage challenging issues such as sickness absence.
* Drive strategic initiatives to develop and advance the HR team, going beyond day-to-day operations.
* Support digitisation and process improvements; ability to learn quickly and implement change.
* Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with frequent firefighting.
* Act as a trusted advisor with a commercial mindset, ensuring HR solutions align with business objectives.

What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in HRBP roles, with strong ER expertise.
* Resilient and confident, able to influence and challenge stakeholders effectively.
* Highly adaptable, capable of multitasking and managing competing priorities.
* Quick learner with a proactive approach to digital transformation.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
