Studio Manager / EA | Central London | High-End Architecture & Interior Design We are working with a prestigious architecture and interior design studio specialising in luxury residential projects for high-net-worth and celebrity clients across the globe. This boutique and close-knit team offers a collaborative, creative and family-feel environment in the heart of London. This is a dynamic and varied position combining Studio Management/EA responsibilities. You will play a key role in supporting the Founder, whilst ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the studio, while also contributing to wider business functions. No two days are the same - this role offers the opportunity to get involved across operations, marketing, HR, finance, and even client project support. One day you may be assisting the Founder with sourcing materials for a VIP client, the next you may be updating the website/social media channels, assisting with financial admin and working on a HR project. Key Responsibilities Providing EA support to the Founder Overseeing studio operations and day-to-day management Assisting with marketing activities, including website and social media updates Supporting HR processes and internal projects, working with an external HR provider Handling financial administration tasks, invoicing, processing expenses via Xero Assisting with client projects, including sourcing materials for high-profile clients, tracking and reporting, any client correspondence where required Acting as a key point of contact and ambassador for the business when clients come to the studio About You Previous experience in Studio Management, EA, Operations, Office Management, or similar Experience within a creative industry (e.g. architecture, interior design, luxury property) is highly desirable Proactive, hands-on, and adaptable with a “muck-in” attitude Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail Confident communicator (written & verbal) with a positive, can-do approach A natural problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment If you’re looking for a varied role within a creative, high-end environment and want to be an integral part of a growing studio, apply today! *For this role we act as the Employment Agency
