My client is a successful growing business which operates out of 13 countries and is looking to add a new role to the HR team due to winning new contracts. They are looking to double their headcount in the UK in the next 12 months.
Your new role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will support the operational HR functions of thepany/site, ensuring that the right people, processes and structures are in place to achieve thepany's goals efficiently and sustainably.
1. Advising and supporting managers on all HR-related issues
2. Updating policies andpany handbook in line with legislation
3. Preparation of personnel-related documents
4. Preparing disciplinary measures and conducting employee investigations
5. Managing onboarding/offboarding as well as changes in employee status
6. Administration of benefits for special events in the employee life cycle ( anniversaries, wedding, baby, etc.)
7. Processing applications and answering employees' questions in connection with authorities ( parental leave)
8. Participation in recruitment, interviews and recruiting fairs
9. Data management and recording HR data andpiling statistics
10. Assist in implementing modules to the HRIS system
What you'll need to succeed
11. You will have a strong generalist background in HR.
12. Recruitment experience
13. Be prepared to travel as there will be occasional travel to Germany and monthly travel to other sites. This role is based on-site 5 days a week.
