We’re now hiring a Customer Finance & Accounting Support Specialist to support customers using our platform via webchat and email, helping them resolve accounting and finance queries and get the most out of the system.
What you’ll do
* Support customers with accounting queries via chat & email
* Help with bookkeeping, ledgers, reconciliations, AP/AR, and month-end
* Guide users to use the software efficiently and correctly
* Deliver a brilliant, solution-focused customer experience
