Responsibilities:
* Support the management team in the day-to-day business activities
* Drive sales, alongside the development and delivery of excellent customer service and store standards
* Maximise profit by working hard to reduce shrinkage, damages, till errors, and costs
Qualifications and Skills:
* Ideally supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer
* Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators including sales, profit, and service
* Confidence, resilience, and ambition with the ability to help others develop and improve their skills
* Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided; not essential)
Additional Information:
* Location: LSU 2A New Vancouver Centre, 17 Broad Street, Kings Lynn PE30 1DL
* Hours: 16 hours a week with opportunities for more; weekend availability required; shifts from 7am to 8pm, Monday to Sunday
* Salary: £13.00 per hour
