About the role
* Take full ownership of the eCommerce function, driving revenue growth across all digital channels.
* Develop and execute strategies to increase website conversion rates and average order value through continuous testing and optimisation.
* Oversee the entire customer lifecycle, implementing retention and subscription programs to maximise lifetime value.
* Lead paid media strategy, scaling acquisition channels profitably.
* Design, manage, and refine end-to-end marketing and product funnels to improve user flow and conversion.
* Drive UX/UI enhancements to deliver an exceptional onsite experience that supports conversion goals.
About you
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in eCommerce leadership roles, ideally within a fast-growing consumer brand.
* Proven success scaling D2C brands from 7- to 8-figure annual revenues.
* Advanced understanding of CRO, performance marketing, and digital analytics.
* Demonstrated ability to scale paid acquisition channels.
* Strong background in subscription models, retention marketing, and customer lifecycle management.
* Experienced in building and leading teams, managing performance, and fostering a high-growth culture.
