💷 £45,000 – £55,000 DOE + Performance Bonus
Headstart Group is preparing to open a small, therapeutic children’s home in Bedford, providing safety, stability and high-quality care for up to 4 children with social, emotional and behavioural needs (SEMH/EBD). We are now looking for an experienced, confident and child-centred Registered Manager to lead the home from the very beginning.
This is a rare opportunity to shape a brand-new service, influence its culture and create a nurturing home where children genuinely feel safe, valued and supported.

As the Registered Manager, you will:
1. Lead the day-to-day operation of the home
2. Build, support and develop your own staff team
3. Create a therapeutic, structured and child-centred environment
4. Ensure full compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations & Quality Standards
5. Oversee referrals, placement planning, safeguarding and multi-agency collaboration
