This is a dynamic role where you’ll collaborate with our Land and Commercial Departments, manage tendering processes, oversee sub-contractors, and ensure smooth adoption of infrastructure and estates.

Your Role at a Glance
As Road & Estates Adoptions Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our infrastructure delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating tendering, cost analysis, and order placement
* Liaising with statutory authorities and planning/highway departments to achieve timely adoption of infrastructure (Sections /38/ etc.)
* Overseeing sub-contractors and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety policies
* Managing documentation from instruction to adoption
* Maintaining accurate cost records and collaborating with the Commercial Department
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in construction, particularly road construction
* Strong communication skills for working with local authorities, solicitors, and customers
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Solid IT skills and budget management capabilities
* Excellent negotiation and time management skills
