Role
Finatal is supporting a PE backed managed services provider, seeking a resilient Head of FP&A at the group level, to play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly reforecasts, and long-term financial plans, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Act as a trusted business partner to operational and commercial leaders, providing actionable insights and financial analysis to drive performance.
Evaluate investment opportunities, pricing strategies, and business cases to support growth initiatives.
Manage and mentor a high-performing, developing, FP&A team, fostering professional development and continuous improvement.
Oversee the preparation and presentation of management information, KPIs, and board-level reporting to key stakeholders.
Collaborate with private equity stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and alignment on key financial metrics and initiatives.
Requirements:
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent.
Proven track record in FP&A leadership, ideally within Management Service/SaaS industries (recurring revenue).
Private equity experience is essential.
Strong financial modelling, data analysis, and commercial acumen. Proficiency with FP&A tools and systems is essential.
Demonstrated ability to manage, inspire, and develop teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels, including C-suite and investors.
