Job Title: Sales Coordinator
As our Sales Coordinator, you will understand what it means to deliver amazing hospitality and will thrive on exceeding guest expectations. Your primary focus will be on our Meetings, Events, and Groups business, handling enquiries, finalising event details, billing, and record keeping.
In some hotels, we have launched V Works, our co-working business centre. You will sell the concept of a collaborative workspace, providing fantastic service and growing our customer base by identifying new leads and converting enquiries into members. A great personality and passion for sales are essential, along with offering excellent options for guests while ensuring hotel profitability.
You should be highly attentive and capable of maintaining consistent standards. A can-do attitude and teamwork are vital; you should be willing to assist wherever needed.
