The Role
A secondary school in Redditch is seeking a committed Business Studies Teacher to join their team from January 2026 on a long‑term supply basis. You will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, assessing progress, and maintaining a focused and productive classroom environment. This opportunity is well suited to both experienced teachers and ECTs looking to secure consistent teaching experience within a supportive school setting.
The Candidate
* Hold QTS or be an ECT
* Have strong subject knowledge in Business Studies
* Be confident teaching KS3 and/or KS4 (depending on timetable)
* Demonstrate effective behaviour and classroom management
* Be reliable, organised, and committed to raising attainment
